Jetnet supports its service but does not support the clients equipment, particularly wireless equipment. If you contact the support department and the fault is with the customers equipment, the customer will be charged for the support call.

Before you contact Jetnet support, you should follow the trouble shooting guide.

1) Your device is set to automatically obtain an address and name server

2) Your device indicates you have a network link

3) You have restarted your system

4) Third party software has been disabled such as popup blockers

5) You have allowed cookies
